 Andy Neal                                              

Current responsibilities include research and development relating to behaviour patterns, the conflict management of potential threatening situations, policy strategy and information processing.  With 15 years experience in training and development and 10 years acting as an Expert Witness Andy is widely recognised as a specialist in his field.  Andy has presented bespoke specialist training courses to audiences across many public and private sector organisations in the UK, Europe and in Africa. He has also advised governments internationally and nationally – also Andy has delivered master-classes on routes to anger and aggression. As a Nationally accredited expert witness he has received instruction from the National Crime Intelligence Service (N.C.I.S).

He is currently the advisor to the Ambulance service United Kingdom and London Ambulance service. As an expert advisor for the centre of excellence for Conflict Management, Conflict Professional Andy is widely respected as being one of the countries leading experts on the behaviour patterns and conflict management.

Andy and his team of specialist training consultants deliver training that is revered both nationally and internationally.
